We rent high-quality villas in Kymenlaakso Pyhtää, only about an hour’s drive from Helsinki.
Rental cottages are suitable retreat places for families and friends. The cottages offer accommodation and living space for 5-15 people, depending on the cottage. Struka villa and Kivikoski cottage are located about 50 meters from each other and can they be booked together. In this case they can accommodate up to 20 people.
All Kotteria villas and cottages have high standard facilities. All of the rental villas and cottages have a wood-burning fireplace, a sauna, barbecue grills, and a rowing boat available. As an additional service to all the cottages there are motorboats for rent.
Skitunäs and Struka have a billiards table. Kivikoski and Struka also have a Hot Outdoor Tub available for rent.

In connection with the rental cottage there are extensive terraces, a swimming dock, a gazebo and a Hot Outdoor Tub that can be rented separately.
Villa Skitunäs
Skitunäs seaside cottage is located on the sea front in a beautiful wooded grassy plot. The villa is equipped with all amenities and the villa is suitable for use year-round holidays for 10-12 people. Beautiful fireplace in the living room and pool table on the mezzanine. The rental cottage is surrounded by extensive terraces and there is a boat dock, stony beach and barbecue hut.
Kivikoski Cottage
This beautiful holiday destination is designed for recreational purposes for families and for group of friends. The cottage is equipped with all amenities and it is suitable for year-round holidays. Kivikoski cottage is located right by the river and the cottage is surrounded by a beautiful garden and grassy grounds. In connection with the cottage there are extensive terraces, a semi-open grey-log-wood gazebo and a Hot Outdoor Tub that can be rented separately.
